| Cabin Rates Our guest house rents for $135 per night, and $800 per week, 2 night minimum on some weekends. These prices are for 2 people and do not include meals. Each additional guest is $25 per night. Breakfast is available at the main house for an additional charge. Rates are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation. Pricing does not include tax. |

Reservation & Cancellation Policy: There are times a minimum stay is required. To reserve a room, a 50% deposit is required for a one or two night stay. To guarantee your reservation, deposits must be received within seven days after a reservation is made. If not received, reservation will be cancelled without notice. You may cancel 14 days or more before date of arrival and receive a full refund. If less than 14 days, we'll refund the deposit, less a $15.00 service charge, as long as the room is rebooked. Sorry, there are no refunds if you leave early. Check in: 3:00 to 6:00 PM. If you will arrive later, please call. Check out is 11:00am. Our pets are jealous of even our other pets, so please make arrangements to leave yours home. Smoking is restricted to the deck and porches.
